The aim of the workshop series is to deepen our knowledge in yoga philosophy, specifically the main values that yoga teaches us.
We will go into the details of the yamas and niyamas and we will learn how these values or morals can be incorporated into our everyday life and how those can be applied off the mat.
Content of the sessions:
– Philosophy (25-30 minutes)
– Short introduction into the 8 limbs of yoga– Yamas & niyamas: always focusing on only 1 per session– What the given value / moral means and how we can find the link between the theory and the practice
– After the philosophy session pranayama practice (15 minutes)
– Asana practice & relaxation 75 minutes

The duration of each session is 2 hours.
If somebody would like to participate in only one session that is also possible.
A 2-hour session would cost 35 CHF.
All 10 sessions – 300 CHF.
If you have a abo you can use it and in that case it would be one class from the abo + 10 CHF / session.
